Communication Trainer

What you need to have:
- At least 2 to 3 years experience in content design and development.
- Exceptional language skills. (CEFR: C1 - C2)
- A team player with the desire to enhance abilities and a can-do attitude.
- Possess the ability to analyze the needs of trainees’ communication and soft skills needs, and design engaging training content using up-to-date training methods.
- Ability to demonstrate good energy with a positive mindset, be empathetic towards the learners, and be a good listener.
- Ability to adapt to technology and incorporate various available platforms.
What you would be doing:
- Identify company-wide communication and soft skills needs, and prioritize training initiatives based on comprehensive analyses.
- Develop in-house and remote customized content for communication and soft skills training.
- Facilitate the planning of events and public speaking platforms to enhance trainees' confidence and fluency.
- Conduct Research and Development to continually improve the outcomes of both the communication program and pre-designed training content.
- Document trainees' progress, conduct pre-training sessions and gather post-training feedback for a thorough assessment.
Note: The candidates will be asked to sit through a language proficiency assessment prior to the interview.
