The Position 
Contour Software is looking for an energetic HR/business/commerce graduate, to join the team as a People Engagement Trainee for our Lahore Office. The successful candidate will be working in the domain of Employee Engagement, assisting in the execution of employee engagement events. Although this is a trainee role, there is a possibility that, depending on performance and organizational needs, we may extend full-time positions to trainees who demonstrate exceptional capabilities.

Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities and work with various stakeholders to achieve the desired results.
  • Research and work with different vendors (corporate gifts, printing, sound, decoration, and other event management vendors) and internal departments to build engagement plans proactively.
  • Attend job fairs and industry conferences; run company booth at job fairs and maintain & strengthen the Contour's brand as an Employer of Choice.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities: 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging with various stakeholders.
  • Empathy and active listening skills to understand employee concerns and feedback.
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage event logistics, schedules, and reports.
  • Ability to come up with innovative engagement ideas and strategies to improve employee experience.
  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate on projects aimed at improving company culture and engagement.
  • Basic knowledge of event coordination, planning, and execution to organize employee engagement activities and events.

Education and Experience: 

Bachelors in any discipline, preferably HR or Marketing.
Fresh candidate or 6 months of experience in the HR.

Job Timings: 

11:00 AM to 8:00 PM PKT (Monday to Friday).
