This is an entry-level role ideal for fresh graduates eager to kickstart their career in business development. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting the growth of the organization.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify Opportunities: Research and identify potential clients, markets, and partnerships to drive business growth.
  • Client Outreach: Initiate contact with prospective clients through emails, calls, and social media platforms.
  • Sales Support: Assist in creating proposals, presentations, and sales pitches tailored to client needs.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and progress in the CRM system.
  • Collaborative Approach: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align strategies and achieve business goals.

 

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
