Internship Overview
This internship is designed to provide exposure to after-sales operations and customer service functions rather than technical repair activities. Interns will gain practical experience in service center operations and customer engagement within a leading smartphone brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Gain knowledge and develop an overall understanding of after-sales operations.
- Assist with customer reception, inquiry handling, and call management.
- Support mobile phone inspection activities, including basic diagnostics, device cleaning, and screen protector application.
- Assist in service campaigns (such as Service Days) and guide customers regarding campaign activities and benefits.
- Support floor management by interacting with customers, understanding their concerns, resolving simple queries where possible, or escalating issues to the front desk to improve service efficiency and reduce handling time.
-Provide support for ad hoc operational and administrative tasks as required.
