Maintenance Engineer – Sialkot

Vivo Pakistan is looking for a Maintenance Engineer with degree in Electrical Engineering to join its team in Sialkot, Pakistan.

- Key Responsibilities:
• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on electrical systems and equipment
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults efficiently
• Maintain accurate records through maintenance management systems
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders
• Handle mobile phones received from customers/distributors for repair and provide timely updates
• Study technical materials related to mobile phone maintenance and repair
• Respond professionally to customer technical inquiries
• Support service consultants and ensure continuity of service
• Follow all safety standards and company policies
• Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors
• Complete additional tasks assigned by management

- Requirements:
✔ Degree/qualification in Electrical Engineering
✔ Strong electrical troubleshooting and fault-diagnosis skills
✔ Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance
✔ Good communication and customer-service skills
✔ Ability to work with maintenance management systems
✔ Detail-oriented, proactive, and safety-conscious
✔ Comfortable coordinating with customers, vendors, and internal teams
