Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and manage mobile phones submitted by customers or distributors for repair.
- Communicate professionally with customers and business partners.
- Study technical manuals and service documentation related to mobile devices.
- Resolve customer concerns regarding products and services efficiently.
- Support management in daily operations and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide timely feedback on technical issues and monitor resolution outcomes.
- Respond to customer technical inquiries professionally.
- Assist service operations when consultants are unavailable.
- Perform additional tasks assigned by management.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical and electrical issues.
- Familiarity with maintenance management systems is an advantage.
- Professional attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
