Marketing Data Discovery – Business Analyst
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Data Discovery – Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams by translating business requirements into data-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will support marketing, retail, and supply chain initiatives by gathering requirements, driving analytics projects, and delivering Business Intelligence (BI) solutions within an Agile environments.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst
- Strong understanding of marketing, retail, and supply chain processes, preferably within the FMCG industry
- Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements (BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria)
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications for data and BI solutions
- Experience performing gap analysis and process improvement
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, SQL, and Microsoft Excel
- Experience collaborating with data engineers, BI developers, product owners, and business stakeholders
- Knowledge of dashboard design, reporting, data validation, and analytics
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience facilitating Agile ceremonies
- Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Marketing Analytics, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or FMCG projects
- Experience working within FMCG, Retail, or Marketing Analytics environments is highly preferred
- Relevant certifications in Business Analysis, Agile/Scrum, or Power BI will be considered an advantage
