Hired engineers will undergo extensive, all-round training for initial 4 weeks and thereafter they will be placed in Technical Assistance Center (TAC).
They will handle technical queries of customers telephonically relating to Nayatel's FTTH services in TAC.
All manpower requirements in departments like Transmission, IP-Core, Systems, NGN, Access, Electrical and Video Headend are covered by transferring engineers from TAC on merit.
Responsible for timely and efficient telephonic support to customers regarding NTL services.
Responsible for providing first call resolution after conducting detailed trouble shooting on customer complaint.
Performing in depth analysis where customer is facing repeated issue and then taking appropriate steps for issue resolution.
Responsible to inform or escalate the issue to concern department in case of any outage/issue related to network.
Interdepartmental coordination/escalation where dependency of customer’s complaint is on another department.
Requirements:
Minimum BS/BE (Electrical/Electronics/Telecom/Mechatronics/Computer Engineering/Computer Science) from PEC-recognized university with good academics.
