We’re looking for a motivated OD Intern to join our Lahore office and support key initiatives that drive employee engagement, performance, and organizational growth. This internship offers hands‑on experience in HR and organizational development practices within a dynamic business environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in designing and implementing OD programs, including training, workshops, and employee engagement activities.
  • Support performance management processes, including data collection, analysis, and reporting.
  • Contribute to organizational surveys, feedback mechanisms, and culture‑building initiatives.
  • Help prepare HR dashboards, presentations, and reports for leadership.
  • Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to support change management and talent development projects.
  • Provide administrative and research support for ongoing OD initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • Strong interest in HR, organizational development, and employee engagement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of HR analytics or survey tools.
  • Familiarity with organizational behavior and change management concepts.
