B2B Business Development Executive

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing high-value B2B clients through strategic outreach and relationship-building. Candidates will work closely with our marketing and technical teams to deliver customized solutions that align with client goals and drive revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities:
● Identify, research, and target new B2B clients across multiple industries.
● Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve monthly andquarterly revenue targets.
● Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn outreach, personalized emails,networking, and partnerships.
● Conduct product demos, solution presentations, and client meetings to address painpoints effectively.
● Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline from initial contact to deal closure.
● Negotiate proposals, pricing, and contracts to ensure smooth onboarding and clientsatisfaction.
● Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, technical, and product) to create customizedIT solutions.
● Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings.
● Manage post-sales relationships to support client success, upsells, and renewals.


Required Skills & Qualifications:
● Minimum 2+ years of B2B business development, client acquisition, or enterprise salesexperience (mandatory).
● Proven record in lead generation, deal closing, and client relationship managementwithin the IT/software domain.
● Hands-on experience with CRM tools and B2B sales platforms.

●Strong understanding of software services, SaaS, cloud solutions, or automationtechnologies.

● Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with C-level and decision-
makers.

● Ability to clearly convey technical solutions in business terms and demonstrate ROI.
● Experience working with international clients (U.S., Europe, MENA) is highly preferred.
● Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fast-pacedenvironment.
