Full Stack Engineer (Angular + Java)
Experience: 2–5 years
About the Role
We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer to work on Angular-based front-end experiences and Java/Spring Boot backend services. This role focuses on secure, scalable, cloud-native development in an AWS environment.
Key Responsibilities
Frontend (Angular)
- Develop responsive, accessible UI components using Angular
- Integrate REST APIs and handle state management
- Ensure UX consistency, accessibility, and performance
- Collaborate with product and UX teams to refine workflows
Backend (Java)
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs using Java & Spring Boot
- Implement services for document ingestion, summaries, reminders, and user preferences
- Integrate with AWS services (S3, RDS , SNS/SES)
- Apply security best practices (authentication, authorization, input validation)
- Write unit and integration tests
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in full stack development
- Strong experience with Angular (v8+)
- Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot
- Experience building RESTful APIs
- Working knowledge of AWS cloud services
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines
- Understanding of basic security principles (OAuth, JWT, encryption)
Nice to Have
- Experience in healthcare or regulated systems
- Familiarity with AWS Cognito, API Gateway, S3
- Exposure to microservices and containerization (Docker, ECS)
- Experience working with AI-driven or data-heavy applications

AI / ML Engineer (LLM, OCR, AWS Bedrock)
Experience: 2–5 years
About the Role
We are seeking an AI / ML Engineer to design and implement the AI Agent, an AI-powered caregiver assistant. Resources will work on document processing, OCR, LLM orchestration, and AI safety guardrails using AWS-native services.
Key Responsibilities
AI & LLM Development
- Design and optimize LLM prompts and templates for caregiver-friendly summaries
- Integrate and orchestrate Amazon Bedrock models
- Implement structured outputs (JSON schemas, validators)
- Reduce hallucinations using guardrails and post-processing checks
OCR & Document Intelligence
- Build OCR pipelines using Amazon Textract
- Post-process OCR outputs for prescriptions, care plans, and discharge notes
- Handle confidence scoring and error detection
AI Pipelines & Integration
- Develop Python services for document processing and AI workflows
- Integrate AI pipelines with backend APIs
- Implement asynchronous processing (Step Functions, SQS)
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in AI/ML or applied data engineering
- Strong Python programming skills
- Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, or NLP pipelines
- Experience using OCR technologies (Textract, etc.)
- Familiarity with AWS services (Bedrock, Lambda, S3, Step Functions)
- Understanding of AI risks, hallucinations, and safety concepts
Nice to Have
- Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or regulated AI
- Knowledge of medical terminology or clinical documents
- Familiarity with JSON schema validation
- Exposure to HIPAA or data privacy controls
- Experience tuning or evaluating LLM outputs
