Hiring: HR Executive (Generalist)
Location: Rawalpindi, Pakistan

Key Responsibilities
· Recruitment & Onboarding: Execute the full hiring process—job postings, interviews, selection, onboarding, and orientation.
· Organizational Development (OD): Support OD initiatives such as job design, change management, culture-building programs, and workforce planning.
· Training & Development: Identify training needs, coordinate learning programs, and track effectiveness.
· Performance Management: Administer the performance appraisal cycle, goal setting, and feedback sessions.
· HR Operations: Maintain HRIS records, manage payroll inputs, leave management, and employee documentation.
· Compliance & Industrial Relations: Ensure adherence to Pakistan Labor Laws
Qualifications & Experience
· Education: BBA or MBA in Human Resources (additional HR certifications such as CHRP, SHRM are a plus).
· Experience: 3–4 years of well-rounded HR experience as a generalist.
· Solid understanding of labor legislation, recruitment strategies, OD practices, and performance management.
· Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
· Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS software.
