Sales Executive

Location: 3rd Floor Compsi Plaza, Barkat Market, Garden Town, Lahore
Salary: 45 to 60k PKR basic plus commissions 
Position: On-site
Shift timings: 8pm to 5am Night Shift
Experience: Fresh to 2 years or more of experience (Fresh are encouraged to apply)

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective customers using a predictive dialer and sometimes warm transfers.
Engage with customers in a friendly and persuasive manner, effectively conveying the advantages of Home Warranty plans.
Provide detailed information about coverage, pricing, and benefits.
Address customer inquiries and objections with professionalism and knowledge.
Close sales by obtaining customer credit card information securely and accurately.
Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies regarding customer data and financial transactions.
Record and maintain accurate call logs and sales records.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in outbound telesales or telemarketing.
Strong English verbal communication and active listening skills.
Comfortable with handling customer credit card information.
Sales-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent negotiation and objection-handling abilities.
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
