We Are Hiring at University of Management and Technology - UMT
The Office of Participant Affairs (OPA) at UMT is inviting applications for the position of Sr. Officer / Officer – Participant Engagements & Activities.
The selected candidate will play an important role in supporting student clubs and societies, organizing impactful activities, and enhancing the overall participant experience at UMT.
Key Areas of Responsibility
• Managing records, club/society member lists, budgets, and activity reports
• Ensuring compliance with OPA and UMT policies
• Supporting and coordinating student events, campaigns, and competitions
• Providing guidance and serving as a resource contact for student clubs and societies
Who Should Apply
Candidates with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Communications, or a related field, along with 1–3 years of experience in student affairs or clubs and societies management, and strong organizational and communication skills.
