Key Responsibilities:
As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in our design team. You will be responsible for translating client and user needs into visually appealing and functional digital designs. Your work will have a significant impact on the overall user experience and success of the projects you're involved in.
User-Centric Design: Develop user interfaces that prioritize user experience and usability, ensuring that designs align with industry best practices and accessibility standards.
Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to illustrate design concepts, interaction flows, and navigation structures.
Visual Design: Design and refine the visual elements of digital products, including graphics, icons, and overall aesthetics.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers and clients, to understand project requirements and deliver design solutions that meet business objectives.
User Research: Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform and iterate on design decisions.
Responsive Design: Ensure designs are responsive and adaptable across various devices and screen sizes.
Design Tools: Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, or similar.
Trends and Innovations: Stay up-to-date with design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to continually improve and innovate in your role.
The Ideal Candidate will have:
- Must have 2-3 years experience
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Expert in Figma and Adobe range of products
- Excellent communication skills and can clearly articulate your ideas, designs, and suggestions.
- Strong attention to detail and have a keen eye for aesthetics.
- strong team player who can collaborate effectively with different stakeholders
