DevDimensions is seeking a talented and experienced UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team and contribute to developing cutting-edge web applications.
Responsibilities:
- Create visually appealing, user-friendly designs for our digital products, including websites, mobile applications, and other interactive platforms.
- Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and preferences, and translate findings into design solutions.
- Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility and implement design solutions.
- Apply user-centered design principles to ensure seamless and intuitive user experiences.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX/UI design.
- Collaborate with other designers to maintain and contribute to design system guidelines and components.
- Support the design team in creating and maintaining design documentation, such as style guides and design specifications.
- Assist in the creation and execution of design presentations to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. Equivalent work experience will also be considered.
- 3-4 years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably working on digital products.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills, creativity, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Experience with user research techniques, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
- Ability to effectively communicate design concepts and rationale to cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet project deadlines.
- Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and is involved in client communication.
