We are proud to share that our alumnus Mr. Muhammad Karam Shehzad (EE, Class of 2016) has successfully defended his PhD at CentraleSupelec University, France. Mr. Karam has done his Ph.D. research at Nokia Bell-Labs, France, which is famous for impactful innovations such as transistors, lasers, etc. His Ph.D. was sponsored by French government and Nokia Bell-Labs and he is the first Pakistani to complete his Ph.D. journey at Nokia Bell-Labs, France. His Ph.D. work resulted in filing 4 patents and 9 research articles published in top-tier conferences and journals of IEEE, including TWC, TCCN, WCL, GLOBECOM, and ICC. We are equally excited and accomplished to see him progressing in his career and wish him all the best in his future endeavors.
