🔑𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
✅ Source, screen, and manage recruitment for tech positions (e.g.,𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀, 𝗤𝗔, 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗢𝗽𝘀 – 𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗠𝗘𝗥𝗡 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗰𝗸)
✅ Coordinate with hiring managers to manage the full recruitment cycle
✅ Maintain talent pipelines & ensure an excellent candidate experience
✅ Support HR functions: onboarding, employee records, attendance & engagement
✅ Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
-Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or BSCS, BSIT
-2 years in technical recruitment; exposure to HR operations
-Strong communication and multitasking skills
-Familiar with ATS tools and MS Office
-Must have experience in Tech Industry
