Key Responsibilities: As a Chat Support Specialist at Talent Trellis, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and support. Your responsibilities will include:
- Engagement: Actively engage with clients across various platforms to build strong relationships and provide assistance.
- Support: Provide competent and timely support for client inquiries and requests, addressing their needs effectively.
- Typing Skills: Maintain a minimum typing speed of 60-70 words per minute to respond promptly to customer queries.
- Knowledge Utilization: Utilize your knowledge about general topics, such as games, to assist clients and answer their questions.
- Project Contribution: Enthusiastically take on detailed and routine aspects of projects, contributing to the overall success of our team.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following qualifications:
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Can work 6 days a week
- Is flexible with rotational shifts and off's.
- Fast typing speed, with a minimum of 60 words per minute.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients in a friendly and personable manner.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet to address customer inquiries effectively.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, as you will be an integral part of our customer support team.
