Job Description:
- Ensure overall office cleanliness, including both interior and exterior areas
- Prepare and submit monthly requisitions for office supplies; maintain inventory and monitor daily consumption of stock items
- Oversee mess/cafeteria operations and ensure smooth service
- Coordinate monthly payroll deductions for availed services by Head Office employees
- Manage daycare-related matters and ensure compliance in coordination with the Line Manager and HR department
- Ensure all office appliances and equipment (e.g., photocopiers, fax machines, scanners) are functional and well-maintained
- Supervise horticulture and landscaping activities within office premises
- Manage item requests and issuance through the ERP system
- Maintain updated records of office supplies and reconcile inventories on a monthly basis
- Prepare and submit monthly invoices for all service providers; ensure timely processing by coordinating with the Accounts department
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the Line Manager
Key Requirements:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proactive approach with strong problem-solving abilities
