Customer Care Executive (Hybrid)

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Executive. As a hybrid role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in Rawalpindi and Lahore, while also working on various administrative tasks to support our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  2. Provide product information, support, and troubleshooting assistance to customers
  3. Manage customer complaints and escalate complex issues to senior management
  4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  5. Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, reporting, and document management
  6. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  7. Meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets and performance metrics

Requirements:

  1. Final year students or fresh graduates
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  5. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
