Product Development Engineer
About The Position
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Engineer in order for the development and enhancement of IoT and CMMS applications. This role demands a strategic thinker who can analyze market trends, engage with stakeholders, and drive product innovation while ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Continuously monitor the competitive landscape and adapt product strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Conduct detailed competitor analysis to understand industry trends and identify opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather feedback, align product initiatives, and ensure a unified approach.
- Engage with customers and gather insights to inform product decisions and enhancements.
- Define and prioritize product features, requirements, and design elements while maintaining comprehensive product roadmaps.
- Conduct market research and stay updated with industry trends to inform product decisions.
- Responsible for the research on and functional design of IoT & CMMS applications to meet user needs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to address complex challenges and deliver innovative solutions.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects while meeting goals and quality standards in a cross-functional environment.
Requirements
- Bachelors in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering. with a minimum of 2 -3 year of industrial experience.
- Proficient in navigating and thriving within a dynamic Agile environment.
- Possesses hands-on experience with CMMS, EAM, or ERP systems.
- Demonstrates strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- Preferred, though not mandatory, fluent in Python, SQL, and NoSQL databases, as well as Business Intelligence.
- Preferred, though not mandatory, familiarity with the IoT domain.
