Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Ensure smooth and successful product releases
- Manage early-adoption projects and support project planning
- Represent the product internally and externally
- Work effectively with geographically distributed teams
Technical Responsibilities
- Define high-level and detailed technical architectures
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Participate hands-on in the SDLC and guide backend API development
- Recommend improvements for customer digital systems
- Stay updated on client products, industry standards, and Agile practices
Process & Execution
- Drive continuous improvement discussions
- Identify challenges and clearly articulate solutions
- Track milestones and identify blockers
- Support alignment between business and technical teams
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Solution Architecture or Design
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of hands-on coding experience
- Strong programming skills: Python, Bash, PowerShell, JavaScript
- Knowledge of computing hardware, operating systems, DevOps pipelines
- Experience with automation tools (Ansible, Terraform, Chef, Puppet) preferred
- Understanding of risk management frameworks
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Agile methodology
