Billing Executive

Job Description:

  • Responsible for call handling and assisting customers with queries related to billing.
  • Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with corporate clients as well as enhance business relationships to leverage additional opportunities.
  • Coordinate with other Nayatel departments to ensure the resolution of customer issues/queries.

 

What we’re looking for:

  • BS Accounting & Finance/BBA/MBA Finance or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain data accuracy.
