Customer Care Executive

Location: Lahore
Salary: PKR 65,000–80,000 + Monthly Commissions (PKR 25,000–50,000)
Employment Type: Full-TimeKey Responsibilities:

  1. Address client inquiries and connect customers with suitable wedding vendors to facilitate deal closures.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and clients for seamless operations.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive client experience throughout the process.
  4. Handle customer queries during office hours (10:00 AM – 6:00 PM) and remain available via company-provided phone until 10:00 PM.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline communication and improve service quality.

Requirements:

  • 0–2 years of relevant experience in customer service or sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet client expectations.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday (Weekends off, except for roster duty).
  • Roster duty (paid) on weekends is assigned on rotation among team members.
