Customer Care Executive
Location: Lahore
Salary: PKR 65,000–80,000 + Monthly Commissions (PKR 25,000–50,000)
Employment Type: Full-TimeKey Responsibilities:
- Address client inquiries and connect customers with suitable wedding vendors to facilitate deal closures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and clients for seamless operations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive client experience throughout the process.
- Handle customer queries during office hours (10:00 AM – 6:00 PM) and remain available via company-provided phone until 10:00 PM.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline communication and improve service quality.
Requirements:
- 0–2 years of relevant experience in customer service or sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet client expectations.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday (Weekends off, except for roster duty).
- Roster duty (paid) on weekends is assigned on rotation among team members.
