HR Admin Intern

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in day-to-day HR operations, including employee records management, recruitment coordination, and onboarding processes.
  2. Support administrative tasks such as managing office supplies, scheduling meetings, and maintaining organized files.
  3. Handle employee queries and assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
  4. Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth operations and compliance with company standards.
  5. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation.
  6. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.


Qualifications and Skills:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Open to fresh graduates with no prior experience.
  3. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  5. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  6. A positive attitude and willingness to learn.


Job Type: Full-time office-based job
Working days: Monday - Saturday
Timings: 9 AM - 5:30 PM
Location: Cavalry Ground, Lahore
