HR Admin Intern

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day HR operations, including employee records management, recruitment coordination, and onboarding processes.
- Support administrative tasks such as managing office supplies, scheduling meetings, and maintaining organized files.
- Handle employee queries and assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth operations and compliance with company standards.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Open to fresh graduates with no prior experience.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Job Type: Full-time office-based job
Working days: Monday - Saturday
Timings: 9 AM - 5:30 PM
