Operations Manager – Crumble
Location: Lahore (Full-time, on-site)
Salary : 100k- 120k
Description:
Lead and oversee end-to-end operations across Crumble’s branches and outlets, ensuring high efficiency, cost control, and premium service standards. The role demands hands-on leadership in planning, execution, and performance optimization across all operational functions.
You will drive operational excellence through data, people management, and process design. This includes coordinating with dispatch, sales, inventory, production, and customer service teams to ensure seamless delivery and daily execution.
The Operations Manager will also be responsible for implementing new tools, SOPs, and systems to improve productivity and support Crumble’s scaling needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations across all branches or outlets
- Implement process improvements and cost-saving measures
- Drive operational KPIs and monitor performance dashboards
- Ensure smooth coordination between logistics, dispatch, sales, and support teams
- Maintain compliance with safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards
- Lead workforce planning and support staff performance management
- Support technology rollouts (ERP, POS, dashboards) across teams
- Report operational insights and challenges to senior management
- Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in operations, preferably in FMCG, retail, or multi-site businesses
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and operations reporting tools
- Strong leadership in managing large teams and high-volume environments
- Excellent problem-solving, coordination, and execution skills
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to changing business needs
